Chả Lụa
"the classic pork roll"
Our signature steamed pork roll, wrapped in banana leaf and tied by hand. Silky, savory, the anchor of so many bánh mì. Take a whole roll home — slice it for sandwiches, plates, fried rice, or eat it straight.
Every sandwich is a small piece of architecture: a baguette engineered for shatter, pâté laid like mortar, herbs as roof. We pull ours apart so you can see exactly what you'll taste.

Stalks pressed to order. Grassy, sweet, ice-cold — like drinking a sunny afternoon in Saigon.
Cracked open, served as-is. Cool, hydrating, faintly sweet — the original electrolyte drink.
The marriage we didn't know we needed — sugar cane meets young coconut. Tropical, creamy, dangerously easy to drink.
Orange and unmistakable. Black tea, half and half, a whole lot of ice. Dessert that pretends to be a beverage.
Cà phê sữa đá — slow-dripped dark roast over sweetened condensed milk, poured over ice. The afternoon fix.

"pork roll with pork skin"
Same chả lụa craftsmanship, with thin shreds of pork skin folded in. Adds a subtle chew to every slice — for folks who want a little more going on.
"pork roll with pepper"
Whole black peppercorns folded into the pork before steaming. Bites of warm, sharp pepper hidden throughout — same silky roll, more personality.
"fermented pork"
Tangy cured pork cut into small squares, packaged fresh and topped with whole garlic slices and fresh red chili. Sweet, sour, slightly funky — a snack that punches well above its size. The way to eat: pop a piece with a sliver of garlic and chili together.
"pork headcheese roll"
A mosaic of slow-cooked pork and snout, wood ear mushrooms, and black pepper, set in its own gelatin and pressed into a banana-leaf-wrapped roll. Textured, savory, deeply traditional — slice thin and serve cold.
One of the best bánh mìs we've ever had. The reason I think these guys are worthy of Michelin recognition is not because it's the best in the world — it's because of their commitment as a family to their craft. They come in super early in the morning and they make everything they sell from scratch. Everything. And you can taste it in the final product. The bread is perfect. The pork is flavorful. The pâté is tasty. The pickled vegetables are perfectly cut and perfectly pickled. A Japanese kind of single-minded dedication. Lovely, lovely family. Discover this place.
Super quick, easy service. Placed an online pickup order on DoorDash — it was ready in less than 10 mins. Got the grilled pork bánh mì with pâté. So delicious and tasted very fresh. I've tried two other spots and this one is my favorite!
Best bánh mì around! Service is quick, ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches are a good size for a great price — which is hard to come by these days. One of my favorite spots to stop for lunch!
10/10. Best bánh mì in the DFW. I only review the best spots in the DFW and this place is good. Trust.
Ordered through DoorDash and tried bánh mì for the first time. I was a little skeptical, but wow — so good. Best Vietnamese coffee I've had. Got the pork bánh mì and added pâté (always add the pâté).
